TERMS AND CONDITIONS


SECURITY

All transactions are made through a secure web server. Credit card information is held at a secure and separate site; details are deleted upon authorisation of your purchase.

PAYMENT

All major credit and debit cards are accepted. You will be charged as soon as your order is processed.

We also except PayPal and cash on collection.

DELIVERY

Dependent upon your location, delivery will normally be made within 10 working days of your confirmed purchase, you will receive an email regarding delivery date. Charges vary according to destination.

DUTY

Purchases from some countries outside the UK may attract duty. Responsibility for any levied duties rest with the purchaser.

PACKAGING & INSURANCE

Artworks are well packed to avoid damage and are insured against damage or non-delivery. Please make contact immediately if you receive a damaged artwork. Replacement, exchange or refund will be put in place. We need to be informed within 7 days of receipt of package. See below for further details.

COPYRIGHT

Title of artwork ownership will pass to the purchaser. Copyright of the artwork remains with the artist.

IMAGE VARIATIONS

Variations occur in screen resolutions and may result in a slight distortion of colour and appearance.

DATA

Information collected during the purchasing or commissioning process is strictly confidential and protected under the Data Protection Act 1998.

APPLICABLE LAW

Every sale shall be deemed to be performed in England and therefore English law shall govern the total of all transactions.

SOLD OUT

It is very rarely possible that, due to timing, you may purchase a print or original painting that has just been sold (sold-out if it’s a Limited Edition). If this happens you will receive a full refund as soon as possible.

CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICATION

This will be sent either with you purchase or separately by post within a week.

EXCLUSIVITY

All the art on our website is exclusive to Pocket Gallery. However the gallery and the artist reserve the right to produce the same or similar image in a different size or sizes.

RETURNS POLICY

Should you decide that you wish to return a purchase, you will be reimbursed the full purchase value less the shipping costs. The painting or print must be returned in original condition within 14 days of delivery in the original packaging and appropriately insured with your carrier.

Inquiries about exchanges or refunds must be made within 7 days from the date your print was marked delivered. Email your enquiry to info@pocketgallery.co.uk

Transit Damage

We pack our prints with extra care, doing our best to ensure that they won't be damaged. All prints are sent by Post Office special delivery which provides tracking. In the unlikely event that a print is damaged, if it's possible, we'll replace your print as soon as we are notified once proof of the damage has been received (you can send in as a digital photo). As all prints are part of limited editions, we can't replace damaged prints after the edition has sold out. If a print is damaged in shipping and the edition has sold out, we will refund your purchase.


Lost in Transit

While every print is tracked, occasionally prints do go missing. The vast majority of "lost" prints are merely delayed and do turn up within 7 days of shipping. If your tracking info says the print has been delivered and you don't have it, talk to your postman/woman. Usually, the package has just been misplaced. If your print is confirmed as lost by the post office, we'll send you another print if the edition has not sold out.

Printing Flaws

We work with artisan printers to make gorgeous, exhibition-quality prints and every print is inspected before shipping. Very, very occasionally some flawed prints slip out. We will replace defective prints within two weeks after they are received, so please inspect your prints right after they arrive. If you do spot an error or defect, take a photo of the print so that the error is visible. We'll ask you to destroy the original (tear-it up) and send us another photo, then we'll promptly replace your print.
